How to change your address on an Arizona driver’s license
Moving is exhausting. The last thing you should have to do is lift another box.
Are you simply moving from one city to another within Arizona? Luckily, you can quickly change your address online if you’re a current Arizona resident.
Otherwise, if you’re moving into Arizona from a different state, you will have to visit the MVD.
If you’re moving within Arizona

No matter which method you choose, have your driver’s license or identification card on hand before you pick up the phone or go online. While paying the MVD a visit is less than convenient, getting it out of the way will allow you to explore your new surroundings sooner. Updating your vehicle registration if you’re from out of state
If you have brought your car to Arizona from your previous state, you are also required to have an updated vehicle registration, which will cost $13.50.
Before you go into your local MVD to register your vehicle in Arizona, prepare the following documents:

Proof of ownership
An out-of-state title (or registration, if the title is held by a lienholder)
