I’ve personally been seeing Justin when it comes to getting my hair cut and beard styled. He has given me a confidence in myself that I didn’t know I had. The salon was immaculate and the staff I encountered were so friendly. I was only scheduled for a cut, but Nicole fit me in for a color too! She was very informative throughout the process. I felt very comfortable with her and her Assistant Morgan. Although my daughters hair look fine even though it didn’t turn out as it did like before, we did not have a good experience with it starting a couple weeks ago. When I called to book the appointments I wanted 2 appointments, for myself and my daughter. I wanted a full balayage and my daughter needed a root touch up. The receptionist couldn’t find her in the computer until I was able to give her the exact day and time she came last. I told her she had thick hair and the previous girl was going to put notes in the computer so she could use the same color as before. Not sure that actually happened. My daughter was booked with someone for 2 hours and I was booked at 3. The girl my daughter sat down with told her she couldn’t do her hair because she didn’t have enough time. She said she couldn’t do her hair in 2 hours because of the amount of hair she had. I gave up my spot so my daughter could get hers touched up. I asked the other girl if she could do mine since mine was so much thinner. She said no. I asked the girl who was originally to do my hair if she could do both ours. Foil my inbetween, she said no. I even asked if one could start mine and someone else could finish. No one tried to accommodate me and the only option I was given was to come back at 3. We live an hour away with other options, however we loved how my daughters hair turned out the first time and wanted to come back. Again my daughters hair looks fine, it did not come out the same as it did from the past visit. We were told the original girl could not do a root touch up (she wasn’t trained to do that yet) so we had to go with someone else. Without the cut, this girl was able to get my daughters hair done in 2 hours, which blows my mind the first girl couldn’t. I feel like a bunch of young girls were there running the shop with no supervision to ensure the salon ran smoothly. I honestly should not have been charged for the hair cut. We had an emergency fire at home and had to leave all of a sudden. When I asked how much of my daughters hair she cut, I was told hardly anything. Since I had to go in a hurry I really did not have much time to discuss it. For a root touch up this visit cost $180 and I still left a 20% tip. We will never return to this shop and I do not recommend it to anyone.
