The Invasions Mode of Mortal Kombat 1 is a single player mode where you can travel through different zones and earn various cosmetics for your fighters. Season 6, the Season of Reptile, introduces many items themed after the green-clad ninja and his reptilian race. Secret chests scattered around the levels you travel can only be accessed when you decipher Klues to obtain some of the rarest rewards.
An Invasion map is divided into individual nodes, or spaces you can move onto before initiating a fight to unlock new paths. A zone cannot be beaten until you beat the boss node at the end of it, which you can reach from various routes. Every Invasion Klue in Mortal Kombat 1 you solve will give you a hint to follow that may open up a secret treasure space.
Not every Klue is an obvious set of instructions to do something differently during a node fight. Most Klues are vague hints that are hard to interpret unless you have solved many from previous seasons.

In total, there are 14 Klues guarding secrets across a variety of Invasion zones during Season 6. Solving any of these will unlock a new space containing a chest with cosmetic rewards related to the season. Most of the changes to a character's appearance apply to mainstay fighters from the series, rather than guests on the roster such as Homelander in Mortal Kombat 1.

Obtain A Key Item Before Returning To Zone Nodes
All the previous Klues could be solved at any point as you visit the nodes attached to them within various zones. However, some Klues cannot be solved until you defeat the Invasions boss of Season 6, a realm-conquering version of Reptile. Also known as Sinister Syzoth, this boss must be beaten in a grueling battle at the end of the last zone in the season with your strongest fighter and Kameo.
Use the rewards from the other Klues, such as Relics and Konsumables, to empower your highest level Kameo and character to face off against Sinister Syzoth.
You must have the Reptilian Eye key itemto solve additional Klues located in the same zones in Mortal Kombat 1 you've been visiting. Trying to access these areas before getting the Eye will be impossible, even if you guess the right instructions from the Klue. There are four more Klues found from a revisit to past areas, but these riddles are much harder to figure out than the ones that came before.

The best way to solve every Klue during Season 6 of Mortal Kombat 1 is to repeat fights with characters best suited to complete each goal, especially if they are directly responsible for the solution of a specific riddle.
