More crappy service from @Xfinity They sent a technician to fix things today. Tv reception worked for about 5 minutes, then continued to freeze up on 2 out of 3 tv’s. It fixed nothing. I will be canceling my service, and switching to @verizonfios this week.

@comcastcares @Xfinity I got new modem and still my internet goes out 400xs a day always errors on my modem im not paying for service I can't use! Credit my account I refuse to pay over $300 a month and can't use my internet my wifi this has gone on long enough. Fix my equipment!

@Xfinity I tried everything including closing the app and safari. I’m sure it’s some feature that wasn’t accounted for during development, I was just stating that the QA department or UX probably needs to do a little better. Also doesn’t really explain the outage messiness today.

@Xfinity Then today there was another outage and I went to check and it flashed a timeframe for one second before bouncing me to safari and exiting the page on the app. That safari page would just ask me to login which bounced me back to the app and the cycle continued
