@ChaseSupport I am still having a difficult time getting a cruise refund for a cruise that was to take place in July of 2020 that I booked on my chase southwest airlines visa. I've literally been contacting merchants and chase via phone/email weekly for almost 2 years! HELP

@Chase @ChaseSupport Chase Travel rewards program is completely down. Can't see my flight numbers. They keep telling me to call back every 2 hours. No end in sight. I need to rebook the trip. Totally helpless without their systems being up.
